The Head Chef of Restaurant “Palanga”, Giorgio Pignagnoli, trained in Italy and gained extensive international experience, earning Michelin Guide stars in two European restaurants. He was also recognised by Food and Wine Italy as Best Chef under 35. A graduate of the prestigious ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, he has worked alongside some of the most respected figures in Italian gastronomy. Seeking a new chapter, he chose the calm of Palanga over the pace of Milan.
Today, he leads the kitchen at “Palanga”, shaping his own culinary style – refined, precise, and rooted in pure, natural flavour.
His menu reflects a thoughtful balance between Italian tradition and local, seasonal ingredients.
